"I've missed Wimbledon" | Emma Raducanu | Pre-Championship Press Conference | Wimbledon 2024

Grand Slam Champion Emma Raducanu spoke about how much she had missed playing at Wimbledon having missed The Championships last year and how much she's loved being back.

The Brit shared how tough she found things last year, being at Wimbledon but not able to play and how thankful she was for the wildcard. She spoke about how she had such great memories from 2021, how she's a complete underdog this year and the confidence she's gained from Eastbourne.

Raducanu also discussed her fellow Brits. She really hopes Andy Murray can recover from his injury and make the first round because of how she and the other British players of her generation view him and associate him to Wimbledon! She has also been really impressed with how well Jack Draper and Katie Boulter have been performing after the pair both won titles on grass and she said how their success pushes everyone else on!
