ОтветитьI have the flu and am ON MY PERIOD, this is not a pain i want anyone to experience i. Their life time, the stretches helped my lower back so much 😢😢

ОтветитьMust admit I had some twinges before doing this and they're gone now, although I have used some Nurofen gel in the morning. May I ask how many times should one repeat each flex per exercise?

ОтветитьI have so much pain on my lower back. All started from Rt feet plantar fasciitis.. compensating my posture n alignment to release the pain.. ouch it hurts my back, then, been for massage n trying these stretches... hopefully it will help.

ОтветитьInstant relief to sharp, knife like pain in my low back. I have sciatica, due to a bulge between L5 and S1. The ESI is wearing off, and I'd like to put off getting another as long as possible. I found low back stretch and low back exercises tonight, trying to find a little relief, and surprisingly, it really helped! I'm sure I'll still need the muscle relaxer and possibly tramadol tonight, but maybe if I keep this up every day, I'll avoid needing another ESI!
