ОтветитьDon’t take more than one
ОтветитьAn advice for you if you still use side angle ... .it looks weird please stop
ОтветитьYea... Most people are getting 100% daily recommended a day.. that's so true. Wtf
ОтветитьI'd like to know your opinion about the claim that some vitamins can conflict each other which might make taken them in one pill pointless
ОтветитьYou spoke of the Pros of supplements...even the belts and suspenders aspect.
Could you perhaps discuss "overloading". For example a One a Day Silver for Men along with additional supplements like Zinc, B12 etc....??
What happens if we consume far more than needed (extra 1000mg for example) in a short time period..??
Do we just pass it out via urine..?? Does it affect our kidneys..??
Thank you...!!
our body needs copper as well. most multivitamins contain copper sulfate 1 mg. is it ok to use them?
ОтветитьAs a person who eats plenty and still underweight from his childhood to teenage years, the moment I consumed multivitamins it made me gain some weight from 49kg underweight to 64kg balanced (I'm 5'4 short male)it helped me have energy everyday too. I can say that multivitamins works.
ОтветитьVery nice video, and to the point
ОтветитьHomie's got that 90 degree angle beard cut 😂
ОтветитьSo, I have narcolepsy, which means I have a really slow metabolism. I don't restrict my diet, but I have no appetite. I end up eating around 1,000-1400 calories a day. I used to count, and I don't now but I am good at guestimating with all of my past experience with counting. With this amount of food I maintain a healthy weight, I am not underweight at all. but, I wonder if I need to supplement with a multivitamin in this case. I also know that I am nowhere near enough protein. I am doing intuitive eating, and for important reasons, so I do not restrict or do any kind of diet. I eat whatever I want. To push only high protein foods would undo my progress and that is not what I want. I do incorporate these foods, but I eat such small portions and only twice a day usually. Do you have any recommendations for getting more protein and/or if I would need a multivitamin based on my intake? Thanks!
ОтветитьWhat foods are high in magnesium?
Ответитьmcg- Micrograms here in the USA
ОтветитьI live in Australia and my mum needs to take vitamin D supplements. She’s a paramedic and apparently she’s either in the ambulance, at the station or in the hospital and, therefore, lacks getting sunshine.
Ответитьhe sounds like xqc lol
ОтветитьNo, the RDV is enough for 95% of all people to get all or more than their possible intake of that nutrient. That is literally what the "recommended daily value" means.
Ответитьv-eye-ta-min
ОтветитьI DONT TRUST HIM, BECAUSE HE LOOKS LIKE SOMEONE WHO DOES NOT TAKE MULTIVITAMINS... IF HE LOOKED LIKE A MODEL AND WAS NOT ENDORSING MULTIVITAMINS, I WOULD BELIEVE HIM.
ОтветитьGreat Job..by the way I love your tee shirt..who made it??
ОтветитьThe problem is not that people don't want to eat healthy and balanced meals.
The problem is, that many cannot afford to eat healthy every day.
This is a social and economical issue.

ОтветитьIs there a risk of some minerals/vitamins being rendered virtually "useless" because they are consumed in combination with other minerals/vitamins; e.g, Pt is not compatible with Mg if consumed together. At first it might sound reasonable, but why would our bodies have such a detrimental restriction? Nonetheless, is this true?
Ответитьsome multivitamins have twice the amount of recommended dosage per day, is it harmful?
ОтветитьThis video really helped. Thank you!
Ответить"If you have a well-balanced diet..." oh so you mean most people should take one.
ОтветитьThis was really helpful cheers Myprotein.
ОтветитьBut why is your palm orange tho
ОтветитьIs overdosing on things I might not necessarily need in a multivitamin bad?
ОтветитьHey Richie, I have started taking a multivitamin 3 months ago (cannot honestly say I noticed any difference... yet, but I will carry on) and then decided to add a bunch of other supplements: Probiotics, Vit D3&K2 (3000iu), Collagen (1100mg), Glucosamine & Chondroitin (1000mg), L-lysine (1100mg), L-carnitine (1100mg), Co Enzyme Q10 (200mg)... supplement junkie! I am 36yo and relatively healthy - do you believe it could be dangerous taking all these supplements? Cheers
ОтветитьHealthy people with a healthy diet don't need supplements. The sick and elderly need a multi and supplements but please use food based vitamins and supplements not the cheap synthetic ones
ОтветитьIt’s NOT not pronounced veteman it’s pronounced VIGHT amin. 🤮🤮🤮
ОтветитьI want to stop taking vitamin d and get it from food.
ОтветитьPlease tell me if there is any side effects ❤❤
Ответитьthanks for the info but how long should you be taking multivitamin ?
ОтветитьThe problem with supplements is finding one that’s bio available and that actually contains what it says without toxins. So get something NSF or USP certified. I stopped taking fish oil due to concerns of it being rancid , which most of it is. Manufacturers even use bleach and flavouring to cover it up. Now I just eat salmon twice a week, and other seafood.
No longer take magnesium and have replaced with foods containing high doses. So now I just take a Multivitamin as an insurance Policy, one capsule a day with food. That’s it . Simples, and a lot less than I was taking before. Still on the protein shakes and Creatine though , plus high dose iodine.
This was a really clear and to the point explanation presented in an engaging way. Good job.
ОтветитьSome people say we should only take sunshine early morning. Is it true?or either we can take sunshine at anytime during the day? Plz do answer my question. Regards
ОтветитьHow many hours should we stay under the sun?
ОтветитьCan I take multy vitamin and iron separately?
ОтветитьDaily Essentials Capsules have become my trusted companion in my journey to optimal health. They provide a complete spectrum of nutrients that nourish the body and support every aspect of wellness. So grateful for this amazing product!
ОтветитьI take 5 vitamins per day but didnt get result i wanna take one vitamin i mean multivitamins with extra vitamin d and b12 any brand suggestions?
ОтветитьI take metformin, therefore I take a b-complex for the b12 and fatigue
Ответить"Nutritionist" is not a legally protected term in the UK. Anyone can call themselves a nutritionist. The protected term is dietitian. So be VERY wary when a company who makes money selling supplements posts a video of a "nutritionist" telling you what to buy.
ОтветитьI have a lot of health problems but not deficient in anything
However I do feel tired and weak all the time
Should I take a multivitamin?
Its makes your stomach bloated
ОтветитьThe biggest issue I have with most opinions I've seen in this subject is the lack of proving the validity of the opinions, and that's in both sides of the argument
1. How have you determined your opinion?
Did you know there are two types of blood tests to determine nutrient levels in the body? 1. Blood volume & 2. Cellular utilization
Which method did the research you read to develop your opining utilize?
Which also questions, what other methodologies were used in the studies you read that have an influence on the outcome results?
Back in 2011 & 12 I worked with a company that did micronutrient blood tests on companies as part of a wellness program. Tested 120 blue color workers at a factory. We found over 90% had severe deficiencies in 6 or more areas, commonly vitamin D, C & B, but the remaining 3 - 4 varied greatly
That was just with a blood volume test. We then utilize a cellular absorption test and found those deficiencies and more.
Pretty powerful study indicating that the average American either doesn't eat a healthy, well-balanced diet or can't.
Afterwards, these individuals began a supplement regimen of a daily, high-quality multivitamin. A follow-up evaluation was done at
6mn, 12m, 18m & 24m. At 6m: 90% of the deficiencies were resolved, at 12m: 99.9 & at 18m+: maintained.
Plus, the anecdotal testimonies of weight loss, improved energy, decreased work related accidents, etc... were amazing!
Just staving off deficiencies is too low a bar. Optimal wellness is a much better goal for our health.
