If it was more authentic Central Valley it'd show them taking on paid jobs for like the Crips that worked them by using hot redheads/blondes so that they can take advantage of some of the cops and courts they control. To help feed their system of residential homes to house mentally disabled persons (drugged into having strokes etc.)
