It's obvious when I say this but I love how you can see the difference between real tyr and Odin tyr
Real tyr comes to an understanding mindset and helps you navigate their your issues
I also love that he has one of the best lines to quote in this dlc
I’m glad real tier is just full payoff and a good dude it’s nice to see Kratos actually get to do some emotional healing
ОтветитьAfter seeing how reverant, wise and an absolute powerhouse Tyr is in this DLC, it was a bold move to make him a Pacifist P**sy in Ragnarok. But through the vast difference, we appreciate them showing Tyrs full nature in this DLC. I think Kratos seriously appreciates and respects Tyr for his guidance and wisdom, as well as offering him a formidable challenge.
Also this juicy, filled to the brim DLC is free?! Absolutely based.
can we appreciate the opening of the journal? Its always written from Kratos's perspective.
ОтветитьThey should’ve given us a tyr armor set
ОтветитьWhen men want a therapist the therapist we need is the one like tyr straight to the point.
ОтветитьNote Tyr is the only one in the game to ever call Kratos Spartan.
ОтветитьGreat DLC however going back and looking at the main story Odin tyr is totally now lol
ОтветитьTyr didn't just acquire the weapons, he spent time learning how to use them.
Learning how to use them from (most likely) the various Gods of War: Huitzilopochtli (Aztec), Sekhmet (Egypt), and Hachiman (Japan)
Týr went from a cool little easter egg at the end of the story to one of the most crucial characters in Kratos' character story.
Truly amazing. I believe we owe Lord Týr an apology for doubting him.
only thing i wished for was better clothes for tyr, hes no longer a prisoner, away with the rags and hr comes a viking armor
ОтветитьI think if you replaced Kratos with Tyr during Ragnarok(the way it was supposed to go) he would 100% have been able to defeat Thor and Odin based on his combat ability here.
ОтветитьThat one word, “Yet” made the difference between friend and foe for Kratos.
Ответитьtyr is literally my favorite character i love him so much and i hope we see more of him in later games !!!
ОтветитьI imagine Kratos smirks each time Tyr pulls out a glowing weapon 😅
ОтветитьSuch a nice guy this Tyr 😂
ОтветитьKratos just went to therapy with Tyr
ОтветитьTÝR IS LIKE A JEDI MASTER
ОтветитьThe Norse God of War, everyone. An excellent Therapist, and an excellent Gym Partner
Ответить“It felt true”
ОтветитьNobody noticed the fact that Tyr can enter Valhalla without consequence.
Tyr has died before.
I hate that white armor
ОтветитьIf I had one minor, and it's a very minor nitpick of this awesome DLC. Kinda wish we could have seen Mimir with his body again since they were in Valhalla but I get it, time limits and all that.
ОтветитьTyr: I will be your Therapist, Kratos.
Kratos: How.
Tyr: Pulls out Katanas By talking your language.
Stark personality difference between real tyr and "fake" tyr....
Fake tyr being a wuss, contradicting himself, and extremely opposed to any kind of fighting..... sounding real shady and maaddd questionable..
Real tyr has such a different vibe to em...
Such an open book yet we only know so much about em via stories from murals...and is open to fighting(really sparring) kratos again, again, and again....using variety of his tools from his travels too..showing that, like kratos, he also collected weapons, and magic as well.....
THINK ABOUT THAT FOR A SECOND....TYR LIKELY HAS MAGIC THAT HE ISNT EVEN USING!!!!!
Tyr the god of war more like the god of wisdom
ОтветитьI love how he is the Týrapist for Kratos
ОтветитьI feel like the next god of war would probably be tyr giving the player tips and lore about the culture or place he's been through since he has the eyes of a giant.
ОтветитьHe’s like Jesus but he kicks ass
ОтветитьMan tyr is way better than ares was kratos did the world service by killing ares and tyr also by helping kratos to see his future
Ответить"Show me"
No matter how much Kratos developed he is still Kratos. The bit of arrogant and wrathful god killer.
The black armor with the fur is my favorite armor in GoW 🤩🖤 what is it called ?
ОтветитьTyr here being the god of therapy
I went back to see Tyr's (Odin) cutscenes and in none of them he is useful, necessary or even mildly pleasant to be around.
One thing I wish they mentioned as a nice Easter egg was his guest appearances in other games. Playstation all stars, mortal kombat 9, and or shovel knight would have been funny to see. 😂
Seriously imagine if Tyr pulled out a fucking shovel for one of his fights with kratos lol?
One of my favorite things about Tyr is how he goes about helping his friends. With Freya he applauds her for taking up the fight against Odin because he knows she needs to know that she did the right thing by coming back and by fighting against Odin. With Mirmir he reassures him that he did the right thing in freeing the Lyngbakr and that the creature is grateful to him for freeing him.
With Kratos he helps him reevaluate his actions by reminding him of the context of the situations (like pointing out that the deal made with Ares was because it was the only way to save his people and couldn't have known of the fallout of that choice), showing that for all his mistakes he has changed since then and his fight with him are because he knows that Kratos needs combat to help with give him clarity.
It shows that he has a firm grasp of people and can help them to be their best selves and for no other reason then because it is within his power to do so. I personally would love to see him help Sindri come to terms with the death of his brother (though this one would be hard seeing his is in the form that Odin used to take Brok's life) as the poor guy needs help.
Why is Tyr's body gradually glowing?
ОтветитьIt would have been so glorious if Tyr at some point failed to catch Kratos fists and gets smacked in the face.
ОтветитьTyr is my favorite character in GoW now
ОтветитьDuring our fights with Tyr, I always got excited when he used different weapons from his travels around the world. When we got to the final fight, I kept saying, “He’s going to use a katana”. When he pulled it out, I literally screamed “I fucking knew it”. Did anyone else have that reaction?
ОтветитьThe only problem with Tyr's story is how they THREW AWAY TYR's TEMPLE! Literally was an ICONIC invention that made realm travel for all possible. The craftsmanship, uniqueness, and skill that took over undoubtedly CENTURIES of work! Was one of the coolest things about the 2018 GOW.
Then in Ragnorak you use the world tree, which is understandable since Odin locked out the Temple / The Long Winter before Ragnorak made the Temple's inaccessable.
Still, the way Tyr was built up as a Rival to Odin, just not as malicious, was criminal.
How was Tyr captured and imprisoned in the 1st place? Tyr's intellect should rival Odins, no?
Therapy the only way two gods of war can have it, by beating the absolute SHIT out of each other.
ОтветитьTyr, god of therapy
ОтветитьKratos: What did you see passed those doors?
Týr: The future. One where you & I rule together, in spirit & in marriage.
Kratos: ....
Týr: I'm messing with you dude or am I?
Kratos: What...is a dude?
Helious: An imbecile, Kraytosss.
Looking on this Tyr proves to be a better God of War than Ares, which I wonder if these two ever meet since Tyr had traveled to different lands?
Plus Tyr's wisdom and warrior spirit really helped Kratos and put him on the true correct path of what he could have been.
Ngl I kinda wish that for the last one we get to punch Tyr in the face....Not killed him but to show that we have beaten him lol
ОтветитьTyr God of Therapy
