Because they are really doable and straight forward to follow for someone who has never done pilates, and I love that it doesn't feel straining or extremely fatiguing. ОтветитьIsa I really love your classes and your personality. Also an added bonus that you provide background music and how you add your own personal vocal percussions, you're adorable! I am 60+ and have a hand injury so I look for beginner classes that are hands free or that are easily modified. Your classes are not complicated or rushed yet provide and excellent deep workout while also giving excellent cues. You did a class about 6 years ago with a ocean in the background. Any chance that it's doable to do more outdoor classes? Thanks again for responding to the call of your heart and providing these great workouts!

ОтветитьThis didn't feel like a beginner workout as much as your other 20 min ones! :D or maybe it was just me today. I love how you explain how to engage the core, it makes more sense than others I've heard, the image of ribs going down and together and belly button up really helps, thanks so much! Is it normal that the back burns as well with the core exercises or does that mean my core isn't strong enough yet? Thanks so much!
