How to get rid of contracted energy right now! | Is this your block to awakening to peace?

Awesome :) I love this directness, it takes you right to whatever it is in the moment. All these words and thoughts (which consist of words) take you out of the direct experience. Dropping all of that brings one right back .. even though we never left. Words just can't do it justice any more than a sign pointing to the ocean can bring you the experience of floating in water :)
