My small brain was able to understand this video. Now I want to practice.

This video makes no sense. Set ISO to 400 and then set to auto. Then over expose on meter. I wish he would relax and explain his wisdom. Not this hysterical nonsense.

Your videos are simply fabulous...sir i have a problem regarding flash photography...am not able to set proper white balance while using flash in indoors and outdoors...many photographers say shoot in raw we can edit in post processing, but i don't want to depend on post processing...please help me how to get proper white balance while using flash

Place a 1/4 or 1/2 cto gel in the afternoon it's awesome for the shade you need the opposite.

TTL is B. S. Just go on manual mode don't go on Automatic ISO... Fillflash should be one-stop... Dial one stop down... Try right flash manually and forget every automatic... Even with Godox, it can happen that Godox changes the aperture...

never use the hot shoe flash on the hot shoe

Even better to: if you think flash exposure is right, go 50% or at least 2/3 steps down with flash power. Then increase shutter time to get right exposure.
