Hey, welcome back to The Music Producer channel I’m Paul Wallen, and today as you can guess by the title of this video I will show you the coolest and easiest method to separate, isolate, extract or leave vocals out of any track that has vocals in it. I also want to share with you the greatest hacking software tool that I came across very recently, and it is iZotope RX 7 Advanced Audio Editor it’s funny because I’ve known this soft for quite a while but the thing about it that I came across recently is its ability to isolate high-quality acapellas from any song, and that feature is called Music Rebalance. What really shocked me guys is that the results of vocal isolation are pretty profound and high-quality compared to other methods (merging a song with its instrumental version for instance) and programs like that. And by the way, this method works just as good the other way around – is the case if you want to get an instrumental version out of your vocal song. (that is the version with no vocals in it). Ok so let’s get to the good stuff already.
I’m going to show you this iZotope RX 7 software and how to pull it off in there and also one old quote-unquote emergency method to isolate vocals from a song but it’s going to require for you to have the song itself and its instrumental version (i.e. version where there are no vocals in it). So it is kind of tricky and not always useful so let’s consider it the hard way and we will get to it and do it inside FL Studio after all the good stuff.
I got to warn you the results after iZotope app is not going to be shiny and perfectly isolated from instruments like in those clear acapellas from let’s say remix packs but the quality is enough for a non-official remix or as they’re called bootlegs of your favorite songs. And of course, the best way to get the best quality acapella is to contact the author of the song for the remix pack or to find it out there on the internet if there is any.
