Many of us find it easy to love others but the idea of loving ourselves can sometimes feel impossible. I think a lot of it comes down to the various stereotypes about self-love and how many of us simply prefer to give love to others than ourselves.
However, as someone who's been on my own self-love journey (and still am!) over the years, I want to share some key lessons I've learnt why you're probably doing self-love wrong and what it actually means to truly love yourself - the right way 🤍
