I spent a month in Vientiane (training Muay Lao), and one thing worth noting is OH MY GOODNESS SO MUCH BARBECUE. I'm not sure if it's just in the capital, or across the whole country, but around six o'clock the sky fills with smoke plumes from barbecue stands in markets and on street corners. It's a lot like the street food culture in Thailand, except 90% meat (with the occasional noodle or tea stand mixed in).

Pretty Laosy if you ask me.

Very little is known about this beautiful country, people and nature only knew about the flag and capital city😂😂 but there is a great french architecture and crossiant and bougette found everywhere with there own lao flavour is well and practicing a very dangerous may Thai sport kudos to Laos. Bad start. Most English newspaper style guides (including Lao government English language newspaper Laotian Times) uses Laos as the noun and Lao as the adjective, as we do England/English Greece/Greek etc
