I've got a '13 HD forty eight. Considering selling to get a sport bike. I will use it primarily for 30min-1 hr commutes and maybe some fun on weekends. nothing wild. Is ninja 400 enough to keep the smiles or should i go for zxrr or 650? thanks in advance.

Try fixing that POS if it ever breaks and you need to swap out the rings.
I'll take a Honda Rebel over it any day.
I've swapped the rings, and didn't have to take the engine out of the frame.
There literally is no way of working on that thing or getting a wrench in edgewise.
The only thing that bike will do for you is get you k1773d.

I rode my GZ250 with a friend with a Ninja 400. It made me realize just how slow my motorcycle is. I feel like I'm hitting the limits of my bike, both in a straight line (the 0-60 time is 15s lol) and scraping the foot peg in a corner. Meanwhile, he goes way ahead of me in a twisty road.

A lot of what I’ve seen online emphasizes a ninja 400 as a starter but my buddy is really pushing the yamaha r3… I think my choice is going to come down to street ergonomics as I am planning on using it mostly as a way to get to work and gym in summer to save gas….

How's the wind blast around 75 mph? Do you have to tuck in at those speeds to avoid the wind blast?

im honestly thinking a lot about this bike or the yamaha r3... anyone to help me decide? both bikes are amazing, this kawasaki 400 really makes the name but i feel like the r3 has a more "racing look" which i like a lot hahahaha im a 5'1'' (154cm) veeeery short and im afraid to get a bigger bike, but i feel that these bikes are kinda "small", but both are incredible bikes and SO GORGEOUSSSSSSS

I bought a 2019 Ninja 400 new for my first bike, rode it for 2 years and then had to sell it due to a spinal surgery, didn't think I'd ride again.

Fast forward 12 months and im kicking arse with my recovery, I will ride again! 😊

I was looking at the 2023 CBR500R but I'm a Kawi fan boy deep down and I've decided on another 400. I could buy a bigger bike but I'd prefer to ride a bike that I can use all the gears on without losing my licence. The 400 is everything I want.

+ the KRT colours for this year look sick.
