The one handed knotting technique is the fundament of every operation! Regardless of wether you want to fix skin, doing a ligature of a vessel or operating something else. If you can use your hands at the place of trauma, you can use the one handed knoting technique. To do so, also see the first part - middle finger.

Don't forget: for resulting a sufficiant strength, you need to repeat the procedure between middle and indexfinger knots! At least 3 single knots needs to be used for a reliable full knot.

CAVE: Don't forget to tighten antidromic!

So this one is goes into different direction than the middle finger one? Combining both should make square knot then?
