Lieben Dank! Habe ihr Rezept gerade ausprobiert. Schmeckt wunderbar! 👍👍😊Auch mit Kefirtopfen, den Zucker muss man dann halt in das Eiweiß einschlagen.Hatte keine Kondensmilch zu Hause. Schmeckt herrlich luftig und flaumig auch ohne Backpulver-hätte ich nicht gedacht, danke !🤗🤗🤗

I made this cake. It was so easy. I added the zest of two lemons and it tasted Devine. Unfortunately I used the wrong size tin and it came out flatter and more like cheesecake but it tasted wonderful. In fact my husband who is so not a foodie said it’s my best one yet. Thank you.

Nur 3 Zutaten, aber das mit dem Zählen klappt noch...????

Heute auch gebacken , leider ist der tolle Kuchen nach dem abkühlen im Ofen zusammen gesackt. nach dem backen war er noch 3 x so hoch. Mal sehen ob er trotzdem schmeckt!

I must admit, I'm very annoyed by these online recipes. They ALWAYS go way over the supposedly 'just three ingredients' in the titles. It's always stuff I don't have on hand, the videos are usually in a foreign language that isn't translated, and they always show someone waaaay OVER mixing something about 3OO times, as if watching food items getting mixed up is a form of meditation! It's crazy in my opinion.
