I’m so sorry for them😭😭😭
ОтветитьUm hunny I don’t see anyone voguing
ОтветитьI was around two weeks old when this happened. I don’t remember it but I do know it was one of the worst and scariest hurricanes. However where I live, not many hurricanes hit my area because I don’t live near the ocean.
I’m 18. However there was only one hurricane (the 2012 one) that hit my area during its peak.
We did get a nor’easter once back in March 2018
school was canceled because of the dangerous weather conditions, and we lost power.
Plus it killed six people in my area-
really smart living in a city below sea level. what could go wrong..
ОтветитьYou people who report on Louisiana do not understand our culture.
ОтветитьMy name is Katrina guys
ОтветитьI was a baby when this happened in New York
ОтветитьI’m lucky that a storm with the same wind speed did not harm anybody in my area.

ОтветитьI was 14 years old. She hit the day after my brother's 2nd birthday. We lived in Morgan City- about 1 1/2 hours from New Orleans. We were tore up. I cried and cried thinking about my brethren and the destruction they went through.
We will never forget or let anyone else forget about Hurricane Katrina.
As Floridian, living in a bay area, we get a long hurricane season every single year as you all know. But, sadly, in this case Katrina was definitely not the biggest problem in Louisiana. How sad it was the way some people took advantage of and abused the victims, and how authorities handled the situation from the beginning. RIP those lost their lives.
ОтветитьmR Trump, (Reader's Digest) Timor East has simillar situat and 'nervous breakdown 🥸
ОтветитьIts sad that the comment section has a lot of cringe kids that didnt take Katrina seriously.
I swear, no one is ever going to forget this unforgettable storm..
the hurricane....................KATRINA!
ОтветитьI remember hurricane Katrina as a kid living in Houston Texas it was set to hit Texas initially then it changed its course to Louisiana. Everyone outside of louisiana felt its effect. i made friends who fled from louisiana. I remember watching these footages on the news.

ОтветитьI saw this at school today 😂 but also RIP to those people 😢😢
ОтветитьI will never forget this.
ОтветитьCool
ОтветитьHurricane Fiona devastated us in the Atlantic Maritimes.
ОтветитьI read a I Survived book about this when I was like 9 and never actually studied it in depth. Here I am 7 years later.
ОтветитьYolanda: wow that's weak 🤩
ОтветитьThat was like a 3rd world country then it was so bad
ОтветитьGIGACHAD 2000s documentary showing bodies like a beast
ОтветитьToday we observed 19 years since the present of hurricane Katrina which sent surprise and demise to lives
ОтветитьI lived in Miami when Katrina came. When it hit South Florida none of us imagined it would be the monster it would become, it was just another storm for us. Once it hit Louisiana, we knew this storm was different than all the others before it.
ОтветитьI was in Miami when it hit. I remember it being ferocious and it was only Cat 1. I can’t imagine being in NO
ОтветитьGulfport Mississippi here it’s been 18 years and Gulfport still doesn’t look normal.
ОтветитьI fear something similar might be happening again right now in the gulf

ОтветитьRIP 1400 people and 50000 pets
ОтветитьWatching mid 2000s news videos looks like the 90s now. I was 10 years old when hurricane Katrina happened but remember it like yesterday. Rest In Peace to all the victims.
ОтветитьHeartbreaking
Ответитьmy heart goes out to those people who passed in katrina❤
ОтветитьMy First birthday. Hurricane Katrina starts. I don’t live at the area when it started but watching these scared me.
ОтветитьAs a kid I thought this was for once, the end of a city. I had some class mates in school that had family down in new orleans, and it just made me break down in class one time.
I thought this was the end, of a major city, and it'd never rebuild.
But I guess that the tenacity of people will not let their city die, and today, 2023, New Orleans will continue to thrive as it has
this happened right before I was born 😐
ОтветитьDavis chase imm gonna use this katrina and alex
ОтветитьI was in New Orleans a month before for a wedding so sad this was.
ОтветитьWorst thing that happened to the Houston area. Got flooded by violent, aggressive thugs. Even as an elementary school student, right OUTSIDE of the Houston area. I clearly felt the increase in violence, and awful behaviour brought in by A LOT of the evacuees. There was some respectable people, BUT there was just SO MUCH AWFUL STUFF TO IGNORE!
ОтветитьFhdh
ОтветитьI hate to say it... But when you build a massive city below water level right on the ocean, what do you expect to happen?
ОтветитьThis what happens when you use wood to build houses, what happened to the good old stone bricks and concrete
ОтветитьI live in Louisiana
