ОтветитьThis looks incredibly powerful, thank you for sharing. Do you have any advice for how to address the problem that the model/mask is missing parts of organs. Is it just retraining or do the tools also include the ability to manually curate and refine to rois (as an example, it looks like the brain missed a good chunk of one of the hemisphere?)
