Im confused. At first i had no issues with my enzymes. I felt fuller longer. I had a ton of energy. As a few weeks went on, i started cramping, bloating, getting gas, and some constapation. As soon as i stopped them these last couple days, it all went away. I was only talking 1 pill per meal. Aince i sropped taking them, Im exhausted again. My heart rate ( has been an ossue since SIBO) is pounding like crazy. Like my whole body is struggling. How can i take the enzymes without potentially getting SIBO again due to constipation? I eat nothing but healthy food. Protein, veggies, and fruits. I also keep losing weight. I thought with enzymes, I'd gain a couple pounds back. I lost 2 pounds in 2 weeks instead. That was with doubling my Protein. I was 125 before SIBO. Went to 114 during 2 weeks of SIBO. Stayed there after SIBO ended. Then, I started the enzymes and loat 2 pounds. I don't get it. Would i be better to have half a pill? Maybe do the old ways.. avocado and lemon juice to get my pancreas awake. Idk

my Dig Enzymes supplements says take 1 serving (2 caps) per day. by morning or evening what does it mean or I can follow your tips to take 1 cap per meal? I hope you can help me doc.

Thanks for video, been taking them 6days 1 a day, i eat once a day, Omad intermittent fasting ,hard nausea, almost want to throw up, and some diarrhea, maybe because ibwas taking them in morning on empty stomach, still feel sick after eating. My results bloating is way down

And I've had constant chronic constipation last 5 years. How should I take the umzu enzymes Floracil50, ACV,and Postbiome supplements? I have started going #2 more often since I tried them. What is your opinion of Umzu?

Hi. I was diagnosed with severe FE 89 with mild atrophy.

I've been taking creon 25k for over a year now and still have awful BMs, formed mostly but greasy and sticky. I take 8-9 capsules per meal and still have issues. I've tried slow release bicarb tablets incase my gut was too acidic and also PPIs. I take them with my first bite and usually 4 x 4 a few mins apart. No other suggestions given to me and don't think I'll ever have a normal one again. It just doesn't seem to really work for me. Would you happen to have any suggestions?

Thank you for this wonderful insight - I was recently put on Zenpep by a Gastro while traveling because i was having severe upper abdominal pain and went to the hospital. - they did an elastase test, and my results came in @15 which I believe is seriously LOW I am a 59 yr. old F who is not obese @ 140lbs, a little overweight for me but not diabetic, and I do struggle with chronic const. This physician hasn't formally diagnosed me with anything such as Cystic fibrosis Celiac- Crohn's or Chronic Pancreatitis, yet I have been told to take this 5 times daily for the rest of my life with every meal and snack - Please help me to better understand -because they refuse to tell me anything now that I am back home.

Back to topic... I used to take an enzymes supplement (from NOW Food) containing both some Betaine HCL (100 mg) and Ox Bile (50 mg) in one capsule. I was doing pretty well using 1 to 3 capsule depending on meal size and other contingent factors. After some research I found that optimal administration of Ox Bile is at least 1 hour after a meal since it can lower stomach acid. Is that correct or still under debate? I stopped taking it focusing on Betaine-HCL (a real game changer in digestione) and adding other enzymes
This information pushed me to administer TUDCA in the end of my meals

I tried taking enzymes before but never felt like it was helping me until I took them before the meal it was life changing .

What if i take wegovy causing my stool to stay in my bowels longer so i feel full for a longer period of time…but don’t want the slight constipation its causing? Would i benefit from the digestive enzymes? People are saying these enzymes help in losing weight.

Should I take digestive enzymes if I have celiac? I found one in Whole Foods that was specifically for gluten? I’m so scared of getting sick though. I’ll get painfully deathly sick if I eat gluten or dairy, or if anything isn’t completely allergen free.

Is digestive enzymes gentler on your stomach than betaine hcl? I find that betaine hcl make my stomach feel very tight, even though I feel no warmth or heartburn in my chest even after taking 4 capsules of Betaine hcl?

My enzymes says take 3 per day. But what if I only have 2 meals? Do I still take 3, or do I reduce/increase it to the amount of meals I have per day?

If you have bad indigestion and malabsorption, should you take both Betaine Hcl and digestive enzymes or just take Betaine Hcl alone will be enough? If you take both and you take Betaine hcl in the middle of the meal then when should you take digestive enzymes?

Hello I have a schatzki ring with damage and gerd . I have been taking super enzymes by now for quite some time. Now that are not working I am getting bloated and cramps. Getting up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom. 😕 can you recommend a good enzyme to help break down my food. Thank you in advance.

I am just finding out about digestive enzymes. I had gastric bypass surgery with gallbladder removal 20yrs ago and have struggled with digestive issues. Since part of my intestines were removed I have to take supplements that dissolve quickly or I will not benefit. Is there certain brands or types of supplements that would be best for me?
