hi, am not a pmo manager but i was recently appointed in a pmo

Ok so I jst started 2 days ago and I have to get the non existent pmo started there are jst 2 business analysts no pms and 3/4 large projects running with adhoc work added, no clear time lines of deliverables, missing deliverables, no clear progress reports for clients I have to also manage a new client, no clear resource management, only tool is git and xls and I have to bring it speed in 60 days. And thts jst half of it. Your video is amazing and overwhelming at the same time there is so much to set up! Itgives me some basic ideas wht to do but I need templates and best tool suggestions.
