ОтветитьCan you make a stretch video for people who are standing all day? Theres so many stretches to combat sitting all day but as a hair stylist&mom, it would so helpful to learn stretches to combat standing all day because I dont even have time to sit even if I felt like it 🫶
ОтветитьI've been doing this routine every morning for a week after doing the 5 min daily stretch routine from this same channel.
I love it but I started feeling pain on the front ankle of one of my legs when doing the hip flexor stretch, specifically if I point my toes. It's as if my skin was being stretch way too much. Like a fine line of horrible pain.

I just had a baby 5 weeks ago and was looking for a good cardio workout to lose the bit of baby fat and that was quick . I loved this workout, it was perfect, not too hard, great for getting back into cardio workouts after being pregnant for 9 months 😀

Not just aesthetically, either; sometimes it can be hard to connect what I see tall/fit people demonstrating and what my body actually does (I’m 5’2”, top-heavy, and chubby). It always seems like I’m supposed to have so much more space to move than I actually do 😫
