Ответитьmy problem is that i'm afraid of feeling full which means i have to decide between restlessly hungry or restlessly full. either i can't sleep cause i feel like i ate too much and i need to do a hundred pushups or something, or i can't sleep cause i'm too excited to wake up and eat some cereal. i decided i can't that feeling so i eat cereal then for lunch i have a bit of snack and fruit snd then usually if i have work i dont eat from 4 pm til the next morning

ОтветитьLove your positive approach to food and so glad I found you. This morning I was in a hurry and wanted to make store bought noodles for my children. I wasn’t feeling good about it though….so, I added shredded cabbage, capsicum, onions, tomatoes and spring onions (a version of scallions/ green onions). I felt so good giving this to my children and also having it as my breakfast.
Thanks a lot for your contribution to helping us eat better. Your ‘focus on what to add and not what to take away’ is etched in my mind 🥰♥️

My boyfriend used to be overweight, and since moving in with me, has lost 20lbs! Not from me restricting his diet, but by cooking him food that is nourishing and healthful. Plenty of veggies and protein.
Just yesterday i made grilled cheese and tomato soup. The sandwich was made with whole grains and the tomato soup was home made with lots of veggies.

ОтветитьLoved it, this is me..😊we Asians loved cabbage, carrots n spring onion in our noodles, vermicelli n fried rice. Tofu n capsicum another add on that spice up our meals, n not to forget the chillies😁❤❤❤

ОтветитьProtein and vegetables are so important! If you get enough of those, then you probably won’t stuff yourself so much on carbs. You can just have a balanced amount as part of a healthy meal.
