Chef omega wizard comes up with error , should I reinstall update 3

Don't get the weather any more,, Favourites bit is rubbish,, people should just leave things alone, the last diggz nenon was just fine,, only updated it last September,,

Hay been trying to get with you cause your chef omega wizard will not download on my tablet can you tell me why please so I can download it.

If i can only get help with your chef wizard i would be happy.
