Hello, sir! The machine you connected the injector to was building diesel pressure inside the injector? Also, the black thing where you connected the wires is a 12v normal battery?
Can this test be done with a manual pump and a 12v battery?

Having worked in a diesel injector factory for 11 years working on design, building and testing injectors I can tell you this is wrong. It is impossible to strip and rebuild an injector properly at home without very specialised and expensive equipment.
As soon as the internals of the injector are opened all the settings are disturbed and it is impossible to test the injector pressure, spray pattern, back leak time, wet seat etc at home.
The reason injectors fail is virtually always a nozzle problem. Usually due to the needle seizing inside the nozzle because of dirt. The needle is lubricated when the engine is running by the fuel being supplied at anywhere between 115 to 300 Bar. I dont think a WD40 can works at that pressure 😂😂😂😂

This is NOT a repair. It's just a dismantle and rebuild video.
All he is doing is taking it apart and not even bother to throw the needles in to an ultrasonic cleaner, so can't be classed as anything else.
But, got the views didn't it! 😂

I think that work should not be compared with the work we do in specialised shops in the western world. I am working in Cambodia and do a lot of injectors. A certified Bosch service center is far away. You got to work that way. Yes torque wrenches are essential and knowing the specs too but in the end this are just injectors. You gotta organise your work station though. One little 0.5mm sized shim falls down and you are effed...
Still this guy cleans them, regardless any safety measures. They will work on the 2KD Toyota ...they might be running a bit rough though on a Ford...😂

do you konw the number on top of injector for? do you konw how fast those injector works between pilot and main injection? those injector not design to open like this !

could you help?, i have one but the center spindle , ie the long one, is very tight when i undid it, i dont know why, ive used 2000 cloth on it but still very tight, is it knackered?

This is just cleaning. These parts are very precious conponents. You can not realise wears without special instruments. Inside the fuel nozzle there are very tiny ports that wears over the time and only solution is replacement. When you pass specified milage you need to replace. Thanks for your video at least people can see whats inside of fuel injector.

This won't work on an electric controlled injector as it open and closes a solenoid on it so how are you cleaning it by just spraying it into it there no exit point, and if it does then the solenoids stuck open so it's knackered regardless 👍💯

One nozzle is blocked, one is wornout, and two hole looks partially blocked, this is not the way how to clean/evaluated an inyector, inyectors wear and there is not way to do any cleanning

I think its cheaper for me to drive to pakistan (and back) and have my injectors repaired there + 2 months holiday..... than going to my local car repair shop // sweden
