When Chinese ppl say "Foreigner" we usually refers to Western ppl. I think what she means is that this makeup makes her look like a Western ppl.

This isn't an example of Yuqi being wrong, it's an example of the Korean in the video being wrong. Yuqi says she thinks she looks like a foreigner, as in she thinks she doesn't look Chinese. The korean comments "you are a foreigner", because they assume she is talking from the POV of a Korean. To Yuqi, Koreans are also foreigners. But this is a concept that Koreans struggle to understand lol

I studied college in Korea and most of my friends are Korean.
When there are westerners in our campus, they would always say
"Oh! Wegukin! (Foreigner)"
And one time I was walking around the campus with them and spotted a European
I instinctively said "Look at there! A wegukin!"
They turned to me and said
"Dude, you're a wegukin too"
Never in my life I felt so dumbfounded
