In Czech Repulblic we have Obscene Extreme and in Florida we have Swampfest.... both are fucking extreme and brutal... 🤘

Watching this after having played the fest a couple of weeks ago with my band Gendo Ikari, and I fully agree with all the positive sentiment here. Easily the best festival I've ever had the privilege of playing at—everyone is so friendly and welcoming, the line-up was incredible (I mean, getting to see Pig Destroyer and P.L.F. twice in one weekend?! Holy shit!), the organisation is top notch, we got fed and paid well... what else can you ask for? Left the fest with a huge amount of respect for Curby and the team running things behind the scenes. Dream come true to play and I'll be doing my utmost to go back next year. GRIND GRIND GRIND GRIND GRIND

Amazing festival! Played OEF in 2001 and 2006 with Driller Killer. Curby invited us into his home, such a nice guy!

This, M'era Luna, Bloodstock, Bonnaroo, Steampunk World's Fair and 70000k of Metal at Sea are the six festivals I wanna go to more than any others.

Amazing bunch of well spoken musicians, event creators and supporters. Looks like a great fest!

Hele festival je parádní, kapely na něm samozřejmě taky, ale to jak se všude mluví o Čurbymu jako o nejakem fenoménu, bohu atd. je opravdu trapný,ten člověk ještě napaří svoje jméno na trička a kšiltovky jako Ben Cristovao, je to prostě trapárna, když se koukám na ty videa tak je mi až za něj stydno.

this was heavily inspiring in many ways, im from los angeles (usa) grindcore, other extreme music and especially obscene extreme has impacted the world. one of my dreams is to attend obscene extreme it’s amazing in so many ways
