Shit I started at 10 and got rocked so many times I had to quit. Now I street fight, and still get rocked, but it is fun. I'm in the 10 percent that loved sparring. Now I'm halfway stupid because of so many times I've been hit in the head or just got knocked out

Im 27 ,weigh 265lbs,fat, eat a whole bunch, and dont excercise. I can barely run or do cardio without feeling exhausted. I can't left heavy weights like most people. My body is weak. Should i start now or should i get fit first?

So I am considering Muay Thai, however, I have excessive sweating (hyperhydrosis) on my hands and feet. I see everyone training with no socks. Do people use wraps or special grippy socks? This makes me quite insecure and lowkey holding me back. 😢

I'm almost 24 and also a heavy smoker with bad eating habits. I felt like i would need to train at least a few months to go there. Now after you said this, i immediately sent a request to the next gym here.

This has actually helped me out. I have no experience and out of shape and smoke but I'm gonna be taking a different step to train and learn since I don't have money. Do you think I'd be able to learn if I'm not in a gym but out in the woods? I can't build equipment to help strength and endurance training and I'll be able to practice drills. I really wanted your opinion though since I'm about where you are when you started but you went to a gym...

Thank you for this video- I was really intimidated going into my first class and this video really helped me relax and have the right attitude going into it. I'm about two weeks in regularly and the biggest compliment I get that matters the most to me is that I have the right attitude. I'm 29 and had only done running exclusively for fitness, so this has been a big adjustment for me and it really helped to hear the things you pointed out in the video here. Thank you again!

Lol, I trained Muay Thai for a little while. I actually think the flipflop thing is so underrated, never in crossed my mind. Especially after hard session, even putting your shoes back on can be a chore.

Just did my first class. I'm 38 years old, kinda fat, desk job, and only was working out for the last week to prepare. Oh man, do I hurt today!

But it was totally worth it. I could barely keep up but the trainers were full positive vibes, and I felt more accomplished than I have in a long time. I'm a stubborn bitch, so I'll be going back. :)

I really want to give it a try but I hurt easily (if that even makes sense) and I'm not fit, healthy weight but I can't handle high intensity for over an hour.
I'm also shy as hell even though I know many women go to Muay Thai classes in my town. :( Don't know how to overcome this.

Hey, I'm a full time nurse and I work very demanding shifts that are really irregular in pattern. Im worried about how it would align with me if i were to start on classes. What wpuld your advice be for me? My profession is also very physically demanding, I'm worried that it would affect my performance at work.

Aged 24 and smoked cannabis daily since the age of 16...today is the day I give up the habit and I start training Muay Thai next week twice a week and intend on training BJJ twice a week as well. Hoping to replace one addiction with another. Wish me luck 🙏

I just signed up for some kickboxing/mma classes, thank you! Man, I've always wanted to go when I was a kid and begged my parents. Now I'm older and get to decide my own shit, I am honestly afraid it'd be embarrassing to pull up and have 0 experience at 22. But this video sparked that feeling of wanting to do martial arts and has taken my doubts away.

Scared of going and trying muay Thai out, not about getting injured or hurt because I know that’s part of it, but I’m more of an introverted guy I guess and walking into a new gym let alone a muay Thai gym just seems to big for me… there’s a gym that’s 15 min from me, should I just go for it?

I am 46 and just started at a UFC club. I am in good shape (I am a rock climber) and really wanted a good stand up game.
Holy shiiiite! My body was not prepared for these movements. The DOMS, bro. Big time.
I will hit may 4th class today. It's St. Patty's Day but it is also Muay Thai Day!!
So fight....then beers.
