Would this work on a 2000 lb 9ft long cast iron lathe from around 1915?
I have to get this thing raised about 8 inches somehow, and it's huge...
This is so damn clever!

ОтветитьWow. Wish I could of done this for washer. Awesome idea.
ОтветитьWay to big for my application, but the hockey puck is so simple and genius!!!
ОтветитьI was just about to spend way too much on some leveling mounts for my recumbent motorcycle frame jig and thought - there's gotta be a better way to do this! found your video, excellent idea! Hockey pucks on order from amazon and large diameter threaded rods from bolt depot, less than half the cost of what I was going to get and you couldn't even level it under load! genuis! great video.
ОтветитьVery Nice
ОтветитьGood stuff!
ОтветитьThese are very light duty. I tried using hockey puck but net result was exploding rubber. I.e. this is not good for loads over say 1000 lbs.
ОтветитьVery cool and useful project, thanks for sharing. Cheers from Alberta - Canada!!!
ОтветитьYou have a video about everything!
ОтветитьChristoph, this is very helpful video. It may look simple but it is a critical piece of the design and you helped me a lot. I am building the stand for my milling machine and following your videos. Thank you.
ОтветитьTo what machine weight would you use these leveling feet?
ОтветитьJust what I needed. Thanks!
ОтветитьThis is genius, im going to use this on my welding table. Thank you so much!
ОтветитьHallo, gute Idee. Werde ich auch machen. Um die Mutter dauerhaft auf dem Gewinde zu befestigen geht auch gut Fügeverbinder Hochfest, Bsp. von 3M.

Andre
