Oh there are really no words how beautiful your new home is! As a person who has stayed in New Orleans more than 10 times you nailed it with old New Orleans and New NOLA! There were so many specific things that looked old but also new! And just because I am a land surveyor and nosy and have searched for so many property corners down there on Vacation how deep and wide is your lot? I know they are so tiny there but here in Indiana a typical platted lot is 120+- deep and 40-60+- wide. Again I cannot describe how the interior and exterior of your home just make it look inviting and so contemporary but not at all. My words are failing me lol
