Blue light glasses actually work and they do help with sleep and also head aches .My mom got me and my siblings blue light glasses because we are on our phones,school,xbox's,and other electronics all day so she doesn't want our eyes to effect us in the future.Before we got the glasses we were never tired and we always had head aches so they actually do work .
