Vaping made me happy that I was able to quit smoking. After the ban on e-cigarettes I returned back to smoking. Thanks government.

I started vaping not to quit but because it was interesting. I continued to learn about it, about diacetyl and other potential issues and adjusted to making my own eliquid, adjusting my own nicotine, and even using a specific metal for my heating coils that seems to be the safest of all by far (316L stainless steel).

It's been a number of years and I'm going great with no plans of need to quit in sight.

Don't blame vaping and flavors, for kids vaping. It is illegal for kids to get alcohol, tabaco and vaping gear. Don't use this as an excuse to get rid of vaping. IT'S HARM REDUCTION FOR ADDULTS. I am a cigarette smoker. When this device booming in the market, I wondering how it works and how does the liquid act as a substances for normal cigarette. Eventually, I asked the same question to the people I knew who vaping. They told me how's the device function, liquid and heat, then vape. Unsatisfied answers for my curiousity. Now this video explained a lot for me.

For the cigarette smokers, because of want start a family or for a better health were not supporting to quit smoking, those reasons were just redirected our thoughts to a better and fulfilled condition, make us feels good about ourselves.

Smoking itself is a cognitive behaviour, later it leads to a habit. This behaviour cultivated since the first day we pick-up the cigarette and inhale. Then, inhale regularly it becomes an habit. Questions to ourselves,
Does this behaviour can be alter? Yes. Does the habit can be cut-off? Yes.

Some others common cognitive behaviour leads to habit are alchohol, prostitution, sexual intercourse, drugs, shopalcholic and gaming.

Finding the root caused of this cognitive behaviour is the key to cut-off smoking and vaping.

But they will execute you or put you in jail for 10 years for weed which is natural and although not great to smoke because of the inherent mechanics behind decarboxylation is still something that people can control and grow themselves to insure that the product is clean. It also has vast medicinal value and can contribute to local economy in many ways. The stupidity is astounding.

Im not from sea but i remember when i graduated school these were justing coming in to the country. Hardly any teens or ya were smoking. It wasnt really the norm. Even public smoking wasnt that bad. Now like 10+ years later. I see so many kids vaping. Stories of kids getting caught vaping in school toilets. So bad that they had to remove the front doors. Im even seeing alot of government ads saying how bad it is and how its worse than smoking.
