I got nothing but military army marines and airforce in my family and I got nothing but medical professionals in my family my dad was army from 82-92 in the 82nd airborne and he medically retired with a honorable discharge in 1992 and the old man has been to war my older sister was airforce from 91-98 and now my older sister is a nurse practitioner I went to the fire academy in 2004 graduated the fire academy and I was a fireman for 10 years and I got injured in the line of duty in 2014 and I injured my back and neck and now my entire spine and neck is ate up with osteoarthritis and I have severe nerve pain nerve damage and neuropathy and I have osteoarthritis in my big left toe I have osteoarthritis in my left knee I have 2 bad shoulders and 2 bad hands and I retired from the fire service in 2014 as a lieutenant but I'm also currently a lieutenant in urban search and rescue and I have been in urban search and rescue for almost 15 years of service when I get my captain rank I'm retiring my beautiful wife is also ready for me to retire lol she hates me risking my life any more and every time me and my boys get deployed on a urban search and rescue call my beautiful wife of 13 years runs to me snd jumps in my arms and kisses me all over crying and says lieutenant you come back to me and I tip my hat and I say yes ma'am me and my beautiful wife has a really old school traditional marriage like marriages back in the 1940s were and 4 days ago I finally got a big tattoo on my right arm on my bicep it's the American flag with the orange thin line and under the flag it says search and rescue my wife loves it and it turns her on lol I'm about to be getting both my arms tatted up women love a tatted up country boy

The rhythim of the anthem in the beginning is really similar to the EDF anthem. I guess they got their Inspiration from that anthem

I was in the 82nd airborne. And Overlord is something of a founding legend there. Considering how much modern paratroopers drank and considering how much they drank back in the day. Yeah it was probably a pretty chaotic thing. Extra points for opening with blood on the risers.
