ОтветитьI love it all year round but more in summer with home grown tomatoes ( more acid) . A friend taught me to use about a tbs of coffee when almost done frying to loosen the browned flavor up Into the bologna. This John in Alabama.
ОтветитьThere should be a fried egg on that.
Ответитьplease do more accents, love your vids btw monsieur Kent.
ОтветитьDad's beagle and his bologna sandwich. Dad had found that bologna sold in the roll in one solid chunk wrapped in red caseing, not sliced. He fixed a nice thick slice for his TV sandwich, and later I heard him cussing from the kitchen. He forgot to put up the 1.5 pound piece of bologna because the commercial was ending. Yes, he found just a well chewed red wrapping and a bloated beagle. I was laughing my head off! I said you can't blame her, you should have put it back. He told me keep talking and I was gonna walk her that night.
ОтветитьDo you ever make anything without some form of peppers? Your food looks so good but I hate peppers. 😊
ОтветитьHave mercy..a heavenly bologna sandwich.
ОтветитьIt's the simple things in life, isn't it? My mom used to cut 4 times into thin bologna and called them fireman's hats cause they popped up in the middle.
ОтветитьKent, this needs to be passed on to a younger man to keep this tradition and need alive, I want the job, I’d take a two year apprenticeship with no pay for the opportunity to learn to cook from you
ОтветитьGodfather of Cowboy Cooking
ОтветитьSwang- Southern, and Southwest slang. Past tense of 'Swing.'
ОтветитьThat looked absolutely delicious and with a thick bologna like that and with a smoked flavor from the jalapenos and the smoke flavor from the bologna and then the thick bread I bet that was amazing thank you for this idea.
ОтветитьInch thick bologna "steaks" on the grill are KILLER!
ОтветитьBologna is called Oklahoma round steak.
ОтветитьThe Oklahoma wind throwing the lettuce away got me. 😂😂😂
ОтветитьAlong with smoking the bologna. I will raise the temp of the smoker and grill the bologna instead of frying. And baste it with some good bbq sauce like your Red River Mud BBQ sauce and let it grill till it gets a light char.
ОтветитьKent,
Your bologna sandwich looks fantastic. I grew up in New Jersey and enjoyed Taylor Pork Roll, also called Taylor Ham. New Jersey folks love a fried Taylor Pork roll breakfast sandwich. The traditional NJ pork roll sandwich has fried pork roll , a fried egg, and a slice of cheddar cheese on a hard roll. Yummo!!!
The last restaurant I worked in, as prep cook....I'd slice an entire whole tub of bologna thick, like ya'lls thick one......mmmm, make my mouth water.
ОтветитьMy papaw and I were the only ones in my family that loved fried bologna! I’ve got to try your recipe!
ОтветитьMy friend, you are going to make good wife to some lucky gal! You’re cooking takes me back to my child growing up on the ranch in Grand Saline East Texas. You bring back good memories that I’ll cherish for life
Ответитьthe Almighty is trying to say "No lettuce!"
ОтветитьThis looks incredible! Great job and thanks for sharing, Cowboy Kent!
ОтветитьOscar Meyers Packaged baloney is basically a big hot dog 😂😂
ОтветитьLooking good
ОтветитьI think that God didn't want you to have leafy lettuce on that sandwich. He tried to show you three times. You didn't listen. I am surprised He didn't smite thee.
ОтветитьBaloney might have the lips the toes the butt arythang 😂 oops redneck eboniks 🤠
ОтветитьPlease hold the lettuce, and try fried braunschweiger it's great as well.
ОтветитьAlthough I adore fried bologna sandwiches a fried bologna taco with mustard & caramelized onions would totally rock mealtime! Thanks for turning on the inspiration light bulb for Me Kent.
ОтветитьFried in bacon Grease
