Offline mode, you didnt cover anything about evaluating email addresses.....also, and be gentle I have been using Google workspace and am recently wiht a company that uses MS O365. I dont seem to see the file menu to get to "Options" but can get to most of waht I need by going to "View" and then settings....is this the "new Outlook" or the difference bewteen web and destlop versions....Also, I see a prompt to make web version my default....what is your advice?

If I am booking a meeting between 2 people, one person in NYC and another in London. The CFO I am supporting is in NYC and I am also in NYC, but the person who lives in London wants a teams meeting with the CFO. Am i booking in our NYC (EST time zone) or UK time zone??? The start and end date of the meeting (which is from 2 -3) should have an EST time zone, and it will be automatically converted for the person in London once he receives the invite, am I understanding this correctly?

That is not a distribution group. What you are demonstrating is the creation of a contact group. Regular users will not be able to create a full fledged distribution group in their company's exchange server.

I use outlook on a desktop PC and I would love it if you could show me how to merge 2 large calendar files seamlessly (I changed my email account and service provider and now run with gmail). Although I am able to view both simultaneously, I would really like to have only one fully integrated calendar file. Can you help? Thank you.

thanks for very informative videos! I wonder if you know how to do to not have to scroll up to see new emails. When I have the Outlook app open, and receive new e-mails, I see the number of new e-mails, but they are not visible immediately. I have to scroll up to see the new email.

I’m using Outlook 2016 desktop version and I’m looking for the ability to send out a calendar schedule to various people and to allow users to select any dates or any per selected dates which would be convenient for them to have the meeting on. I would get a reply from the recipient’s showing me the total people for the various dates that they have selected..

Kevin I have a question about e-mail addresses in Outlook and Mail apps. Let’s say that you entered a misspelled w-mail address or one of your addressees has gone to the big cyber cemetary in the sky. When you tap the first letter of an address in the To or Cc box , both apps will find all addresses that start or have that letter. I want to know how to edit or delete those incorrect addresses. I spent an hour on an international phone call to MS customer support with the Academy Award winner of MS for outook and he threw in the towel and could not find where these addresses are stored or how to edit or delete them. I am throwing down the gauntlet to you now! Do you want to take the challenge? Please advise. Thanks for all of your great videos.

Great video, I have a problem at the final send email bit.
It doesn't send the emails.
When I check data in the file name it returns a document that indicates the : and the \ are illegal character in the file name. Not sure how to fix it. Thanks
