Magnus, thanks for the vid. I think nutrition is imperative to get on the right foot for any exercise program, especially when you try your workouts. I failed my first month partly because I tried the SIRT food diet as well as your workouts because, well, I like intense workouts. and I have to admit that diet was an awful (!!) mistake that cost me 2 weeks of recovery.

Great vid with some great ideas! Can only think of the nick kroll europeans sketch whenever Magnus is adding olive oil though! Half expecting something cool like a cigarette and maybe some heavy cream for the next dish 🤣

Love these recipe videos! There's a lot of conflicting "information" out there about how and what to eat in order to cut and build, its refreshing to have someone that knows what they're talking about make it so simple.

There is no point of working out because the body can only absorb between 15-30 grams of protein per serving so do not waste your money and time because you will never gain any muscles and you will pee out the proteins I suggest you to just do something else. Eat between 4-5 meals a day to maximize protein synthiziz.
