Wow great recipe ideas! I sometimes get overwhelmed when trying to make healthy meals that aren’t complicated. Thanks!
ОтветитьMagnus, thanks for the vid. I think nutrition is imperative to get on the right foot for any exercise program, especially when you try your workouts. I failed my first month partly because I tried the SIRT food diet as well as your workouts because, well, I like intense workouts. and I have to admit that diet was an awful (!!) mistake that cost me 2 weeks of recovery.
ОтветитьMan’s eats shrimp with the tails lol
ОтветитьThe ones with rice and the one with tuna, I really love them
ОтветитьDude dont press the steak like that. It hurts my heart.
ОтветитьGreat plates. But I never thought that tuna and tomatoes could go together 🥴
Ответить💫
ОтветитьGreat vid with some great ideas! Can only think of the nick kroll europeans sketch whenever Magnus is adding olive oil though! Half expecting something cool like a cigarette and maybe some heavy cream for the next dish 🤣
ОтветитьHi Magnus, what are the ingredients amounts of each meal? and how many calories for all 5 meals, thanks Awesome channel
ОтветитьThanks for the vegan options!
ОтветитьEverything looks delicious! Thank you for sharing!
ОтветитьLove these recipe videos! There's a lot of conflicting "information" out there about how and what to eat in order to cut and build, its refreshing to have someone that knows what they're talking about make it so simple.
ОтветитьYour videos r great. Thank u.
ОтветитьWell done! I dig the simplicity in all of these, and of course, the nutrition is totally on point! I think there's some fried rice in my future... 😋
ОтветитьThere is no point of working out because the body can only absorb between 15-30 grams of protein per serving so do not waste your money and time because you will never gain any muscles and you will pee out the proteins I suggest you to just do something else. Eat between 4-5 meals a day to maximize protein synthiziz.
ОтветитьLove these recipe videos, please post more. So helpful on easy quick good food that helps me maintain my macros
Ответитьreally nice! thank you for the receipts!
ОтветитьI always love your videos, Magnus. You are so calm! These meals are simple but delicious, and thanks for adding some vegan options, too. I'm vegan, but my husband is not. So, it helps a lot to have the options!
Ответитьso helpful, thanks so much Magnus! plus: those meals are even family friendly - i will try them all!:)
ОтветитьSo, to prepare quick food we basically have to open cans. That looks like a sort of cheating... But I like the recipes... Thanks.
ОтветитьAbsolutely love these food videos!
ОтветитьAlways love these videos!
ОтветитьI love thus video!!! So easy and exactly my favourite ingredients but definitely can play around.... after gym who feels like spending hours in the kitchen? Amazing doing 2 batches for the next day! Magnus these videos are time savers!
ОтветитьI must say, your editing skills are 👍
ОтветитьHey, I was wondering, I'm a teen right, so my control over my own diet is somewhat limited. is it possible to get in six pack level shape with a completely random diet?
Ответитьlol... capers, tuna... very cheap
ОтветитьHey. Love these things. but eating all this food... can you talk about how often it leaves the system? my poop schedule needs to know. talking about input and not talking about output... recipe for disaster!
ОтветитьDefinitely making this for dinner
ОтветитьI eat lentils soup every day with two black bean burritos… i still need moreorotein . Might add a turkey wrap with lentils
ОтветитьJust came across your channel today. I've only seen one video so far (do's and don't of first time gym) I almost didn't watch this because I assumed there wouldn't be any vegan options. I'm so happy to see these options! Subscribing!
ОтветитьThanks your videos are helping me get back on track, what I love about them is they are practical for adults with full time jobs!
ОтветитьMagnus will you please do more nutrition videos and recipe videos for someone that is busy and works 2 jobs
ОтветитьWhat the fuck is the app called I can’t find it
ОтветитьThe best thing about Pace Picante Sauce is that it's not from New York City.
ОтветитьAre you a Viking?
ОтветитьThank you so much for showing us these dishes Magnus, I have just started to count calories and I have been struggling to make tasty food on my own but I will definitely be using these dishes when cooking at home!
