I drove from Haines to Coldfoot last summer alone. While I never saw the wildlife refuge, I still saw enough of Alaska's wild country to last me a lifetime. Thank you for the work you and your team do.
ОтветитьOne of the most important films of the year for its content and compassion for our future earth. Kudos to North Face for investing in meaningful projects such as this and allowing Kit to tell her story. Amazing!
ОтветитьThey are all amazingly talented, athletic people, no doubts there.
But y'all VISIT Alaska in your airplane with all your gear made with oil, your gas stoves, etc, to try & stop oil & gas drilling in ANWR.
Take a look at why Alaska has the cleanest, most environmentally friendly drilling fields in the world. Look at the wildlife that thrives along the pipeline.
Let Alaskans decide how to do our thing. We live here cuz we love it & want to keep our environment beautiful while helping supply oil, gas & jobs to everyone, including Alaskans.
Really awesome❤
Ответить👍👌❤️🇬🇪
Ответитьyou would think the TNF would come up with some light weight sled duffels for this cool expedition! Such a product would help many on there arctic endeavors! ski on
ОтветитьThank you Kit. A lot of people raise fund by having challenges they like to do. To me using your skillsets is way more meaningful to contribute.
ОтветитьHow come, to me at least, it appears that the people who ski down the mountains have a better and safer time going to the summits, than many people have who are only going up and coming down the most common way?
ОтветитьThey put in work.
ОтветитьI am also use your brand 👍
ОтветитьI’m a little conflicted, she spent most of her career jetting around to ski mountains and then she became concerned about the environment. I also agree we shouldn’t be drilling there and I do my part to fuel demand as well.
Drilling in the arctic is a reaction to American president approval dropping every time gas prices go down. This will be harder to change. The arctic has one thing going for it. Getting oil from there is much more expensive than buying it from the Saudi’s.
show off, not so fun
ОтветитьQuite the production, and a truly important issue. Great work North Face!
ОтветитьBeautiful important film.
ОтветитьGet over yourself, those caribou will be just fine, we want that cheap artic gas
ОтветитьSad that there is basically almost no snow, and they say global warming is not an issue… so bad how Alaska is looking…..
ОтветитьSnooooore.... feeling like a 2 minute movie that was turned into 40 minutes of boring.
ОтветитьThank you, North Face for combining the love of sport with the love for the planet. All of us outdoor athletes are very aware of how special our planet is.
ОтветитьThanks for make it visible! Keep on it
ОтветитьKit is amazing. I love these stories. In a world wallowing in mediocrity. This is so inspirational
ОтветитьHow awesome is this human being?
ОтветитьTWO children, DOUBLE your conservation efforts. Permanent reduction of greenhouse gas - spawn ZERO children.
ОтветитьWOW!!! Kit and Team, Excellent Work and great job saving this important area of the world. BE PROUD!! Also great job on your skiing Kit.
ОтветитьOne thing we don't focus on enough... are the wins for the climate and for our planet. While this feels like a small win, it's still a win to protect one of the most beautiful places on earth. Love the story telling, so well captured & felt super inspired after watching this.
Ответитьsuch beautiful work. and the music is stunning
ОтветитьAmazing
ОтветитьNice one.
Ответитьi took my high level skill set and yada yada yada...yawn
ОтветитьThank you for showing this. I learned alot and I appreciate what you do for our planet.
ОтветитьThank you!
ОтветитьWhy does everything in the modern world have to be politicized!
ОтветитьGreat one! That is an impressive job and we are thankful for that being done. Now, regardless if it's the democrats or republicans, corruption will conquer, and they're all corrupt.
ОтветитьIncredible!
ОтветитьDoes the company sponsor skateboarding
ОтветитьThey want to prevent everyone else using gas and oil, but want to travel the world themselves using fossil fuels. Stop traveling you're self if you're really bothered about the environment.
ОтветитьKit is super AMAZING WOMAN she has such a pure heart 💜
ОтветитьAn incredibly inspiring story, and a beautifully made film. It just shows the immense power and influence that is found within a single person, team, and community, when they are guided by passion, purpose, and a healthy dose of defiance.
ОтветитьPowerful and moving.
ОтветитьCongratulations--stirring and emotional. This film is absolutely gorgeous! Great job Natasha and Nate!
Ответитьyeah cool video but doesn't 1/2 your clothing and other product lines require said oil they are trying to block to produce them you just get it from different places? facade?
ОтветитьThis is such a moving and inspiring film that makes me want to up my efforts in our climate battle. Brought me to tears at the end. Amazing work, everyone!
Ответитьi like those blue sleds. where can i get one
ОтветитьThat's priceless nobody in this uses gasoline ?
They travel all over the world in trains, planes and automobiles way more that average people.
King Kong carbon footprint here.
Hypocrites
So much educational value to this video, even if it involves discussion of the contradictions of using trucks and jets to accomplish the measurements obtained. I’m of the opinion that the project has tremendous value and this science is necessary. Much appreciation to all involved. Thank you!
ОтветитьWell, ski the moon then if your trust fund doesn't dry up.
ОтветитьExcellent piece
Ответить<3
ОтветитьNow can we get some of the footage from Jimmy Chin’s Everest ski? There’s no footage available anywhere. There used to be a very short clip online, but it’s been scrubbed.
