ОтветитьI am a strong guy, can bench press a fair bit but found out my glutes are pretty weak so using this to help, don't do everything but these exercises are a great entry level before weights get involved. I like that you talk it through before hand and point out the do/don't's though a tutorial of each exercise one at a time might be easier to follow...but yeah great job.
