Disabling E-Cores will get rid of stuttering. It works! Games use ONLY P-Cores. BUT, most games can't determine the difference between E or P-CORES, so they try to use both which in turn creates lag/stutter because E-Cores are not meant for gaming. E-Cores are solely for background/multitasking/system. Not gaming!

Interesting, but none of that will decrease latency or increase your frame rates. It used to make a difference. Windows XP and Windows 7 but since Windows 10 or 11 no.

Very milktoast video. These settings will do NOTHING for FPS or delay, just for all of you reading. It debloats Windows a bit and might save you a few hundred MB of RAM, but that's all the benefit you will get

Balanced and high performance are not good for low and medium end devices, so i recommend using ultimate performance. It is good for all low,medium and high-end devices,

Step 1:open cmd(or powershell) run as administrator
Step 2:write the following code-(powercfg -duplicatescheme e9a42b02-d5df-448d-aa00-03f14749eb61) and press enter
Step 3:open choose a power plan and select ultimate performance
