Good grief! If you are under 70 and can't do these exercises, and haven't been injured to cause issues, you have been slacking off for a long time!

Get yourself to an Indoor Rock Climbing gym and start climbing! It will give you everything you need, or motivate you to do these and other exercises to regain mobility and strength.
Yes, I am well over 50. If I had trouble with these when in my 50s I would have been very embarrassed.

Will I'm gaining stability and strength incorporating some of your exercises - particularly standing to sitting while keeping knees sytaight. I have a long way to go as I'm very weak but this is the best progress I've had in several years. Thank you.

Just ordered the book after a few months watching videos. You have helped my knee cap issues from an old skiing rotational sports injury. I wish I listened earlier. He may be young but please listen to him. I’m mostly a high impact fitness fanatic and this man has levelled my fitness. 😊 I can’t wait to read.

Exercise 2 what if you can not put your nose on the wall because your boobs are in the way. Should you lean forward to put your nose on the wall?

65 yo, able to do all with ease. So very happy! I do about 50-100 squats a day, 5-10 mins of Asian squats, heel lift for my ankles and just stretches as much as I can for hip mobility. Fighting my way through aging. I don’t want to be like the ppl that I saw on a cruise. Not that old but walking around with canes and scooters. So I am going to do all these exercises until I can’t. They motivate me to keep up with my exercises.

Hi from Montreal! Do you know if we're more sensitive to eating proceesed over salted foods as we age? Must be! Do you know 1 pickle has 80% of our daily salt needs? Over abundance/dry salted over-taxed muscles make it hard to move don't they! Lots to consider!

Good stuff. Been foing squats eith kettlebell for about a year now when I go to the gym. Incredibly helpful. Will try this one when at home and no KB. Need those other ones as well. I'm 78

Bringing the foot in isn’t to bad but I can barely go outward! I’m only 50, looks like I have some work to do! Thanks for the great advice!!
