Get yourself to an Indoor Rock Climbing gym and start climbing! It will give you everything you need, or motivate you to do these and other exercises to regain mobility and strength.
Yes, I am well over 50. If I had trouble with these when in my 50s I would have been very embarrassed.

Ответить65 yo, able to do all with ease. So very happy! I do about 50-100 squats a day, 5-10 mins of Asian squats, heel lift for my ankles and just stretches as much as I can for hip mobility. Fighting my way through aging. I don’t want to be like the ppl that I saw on a cruise. Not that old but walking around with canes and scooters. So I am going to do all these exercises until I can’t. They motivate me to keep up with my exercises.

ОтветитьHi from Montreal! Do you know if we're more sensitive to eating proceesed over salted foods as we age? Must be! Do you know 1 pickle has 80% of our daily salt needs? Over abundance/dry salted over-taxed muscles make it hard to move don't they! Lots to consider!
