What i did when I upgraded my SD card is transfer within the Switch console itself. Although inconvenient swapping between 2 sd cards and internal memory, but the transfer rate is much faster (as per my observation). Lucky i dont have games higher than the free internal memory space.

Can this be used on a Wii U?

Your switch hasn’t caught fire or melted by any chance? You might be familiar with that one person who’s switch literally melted from the MicroSD slot because of this card. I’m obviously a lot more reluctant on this because of it but I need it soon.

Careful 1TB cards mess up your Switch

Does the 1tb card have to be in the switch first to transfer to from a card reader or can I just use two diffrent card readers to transfer between eaach other ? Great Vid 👍

Do you know if these can be formatted to primary FAT32 MBR partition type? And if so, which program? Or were you able to just use exFAT for the Switch? I want to use one of these for a device that requires FAT32 partition type so I will have to format it with Seagate Disc Wizard or whatever it's called

I just bought a 1tb sd sandisk card on ebay and it is a fake. Wasted 130 bucks.
It says somethintg like the sd card is not formatted or sonething.

It's made in China so it came with covid

i had 128gb now and im very happy if i get 256 or 400gb in the future..but having 1tb is much much better

All of Extreme SanDisk cards are totally waste of money it is not supported by Nintendo switch Oled or Original the best one is the ultra which is made for switch and it is cheaper

Why you got the Extreme version it is not supported so it will not get the full potential of the switch so you should have go with Ultra which is supported and cheaper
