Not that this matters to anyone but this one actually works for me
i have been using this sound as background music for studying for years since i was in highschool, and i thought it didnt really work bc i wasnt actually focusing on my work. Now i realize that back then it wasnt urgent and it didnt matter as much as it does now that i'm in college, so when i have to do stuff, i actually have to finish it and hand in something good that i'm proud of. I have been noticing recently that with this on, i can work for an hour straight without any distractions, something that i wasnt really able to do before (also i use this as a timer to see how long i've worked without being distracted so i always restart the video)
and sure after 1h i usually get distracted but thats just the human brain, cant do anything about that
i'm really happy with my improvement, thats why i'm commenting this
i hope this works for everyone because it's a great feeling
