I was using the watch normally and one day it just didn’t charge but the watch was on and working until it went to 0%

I thought the charger was busted but i tested it after a while with my friends galaxy watch and it was charging it fine

I was one of the 20% but I just fixed mine. You must have it connected to your app. I simply entered the screen setting in the phone app and changed the brightness to the max level and it popped right back up

any suggestions if that didn't work? I know the watch is still active. I can still hear it. But a completely black screen even after trying this a bunch of times.

Had mines for a while and in the middle of swimming yesterday it just died. I thought it was the battery but no it was at 30% so shouldn't have run out and nothing appears on the screen completely black.

can anyone assist my screen just coming on say Samsung reboot and shows Samsung active screen display and nothing else comes on phone

Do you have a video for if you have tried all of these tips, done a reset through the app on the phone? My charger is in GREAT condition, outlets are all functioning properly, I have been repeating everything for 2 weeks and still black screen. I have even tried charging on my laptop and doing all of these tips. I do get a vibration sound each time the watch is placed on the charger. I have also tried with power sharing. Suggestions? My active 2 is almost 2 years old.

I did it, but instead of the Samsung logo it showed me a rainy orange full screen and went back to black.
