this is why so many people suck at work.. they look for wrong things.. what have you done is what they should care about.
Ответитьme: can you explain the job in your own words?
Hiring manager: I wrote the job description, so . . . you've already seen it.
stop running yo mouth so much and provide value and stop trying to sell your next course for us to get the info.....
ОтветитьDamn, these are actually hard-hitting questions. Thanks for the vid, sis :)
ОтветитьWould be better if you weren’t selling all your other vids in between bullet points
ОтветитьIn n out is nothing more than a glorified Retro McDonald’s. Great video tho. Whataburger will always be far superior.
ОтветитьI always prepare at least 10-12 questions before and interview and ask what feels natural based on the conversation we’re having. I take notes during the interview and go back and read their answers to determine if I still want to job or not.
ОтветитьI watch this because I played for a high end job. It’s at a really nice country club and I hope I get the job my interviews today.
Ответить"How the turns have tabled" 🤣😂🤣😂
ОтветитьI had a very important job interview at a large hospital where I live. I have been working nights and it's been killing me (literally and figuratively). I did a bit of research on the hospital I was interviewing at and watched your video. Just got a call back from the recruiter this afternoon and they offered me the job. Better benefits, better hours, and a $8.50/hr raise. I can't thank you enough for taking the time to make this video.
ОтветитьIn and Out may be better than Whataburger for the class of burger you are talking about. If you are ready to graduate, Freddie's Steakburgers make the best burger and is in a class all its own.
ОтветитьIN-N-OUT Forever !!!
ОтветитьI just spent two days in New York being interviewed all day each day. I can say with certainty that it was a mix of asking questions on the spot and questions I prepared in advance. My biggest take away from these past few days was that it’s really important to feel the energy and try to match it with your interviewer.
ОтветитьLove your positivity, thank you
Ответитьhow many questions should you ask typically?
ОтветитьYour questions and your video resources are so amazing, Madeline! I have an interview tomorrow at one of the top ad-agencies tomorrow afternoon. Hope I get it!
ОтветитьGet to the point ffs
ОтветитьYou waste so much time selling yourself and less on the content
ОтветитьAny of these tips applicable to the Federal job interview and process?
ОтветитьWhat I absolutely hate about society is companies act like people want to work. Be completely honest you only get a job to pay bills and if someone else was willing to pay your bills without belittling you, then you would gladly not work.
ОтветитьI was SCRAMBLING to do some last minute job prep for my interview. While I used your suggestions from other videos, the questions I asked made the biggest impact and the hiring manager REALLY enjoyed the flow of the conversation. These questions are KING!
ОтветитьThe big problem with job interviews is that they are bullshit. I'm 47 and have done a lot of different things, jobs, experiences etc. I need a job for one reason only, to trade my services for money. Not job satisfaction or growth or feel goods and so on.. Just Money. I will gladly do a job that pays well for good money. I will work hard for the money. and so on.. But, one needs to learn to lie and go with the bullshit flow today. So that's what I do. For the MONEY and nothing else.
If you have a woman conducting the interview start asking her questions after answering hers every time. She will start talking and focusing on herself. A good way to waste time and to associate you with her feeling good being heard.
Hi Madeline,
I have my second interview for a HR Specialist role on Wednesday, during my application they asked salary expectations i gave a range that was roughly 20k difference from bottom to the top. During my first interview they asked again and I did not give a number but used your advice and spoke about looking for the right fit. I was quickly booked for my second interview before the end of the 1st one. In your opinion would you say since I continue to move forward and I had given them a range prior to interview 1 that its safe to say the comp should land in that range?
Thanks for your time, your content is awesome!
You are cool Madam
ОтветитьThank you so much, I really like your way to explain
ОтветитьI enjoyed your energy! I've listened to several people with different approaches and deliveries, but your energy is top notch! Not overboard, but strong enough to get yoi ready to take on the world. You are my new cup of coffee to listen to after today. Great job! Now let's go get them...
Coach Lou
Madeline, topic from another video (the follow-up email) -- I had four interviews with one company, and did a careful follow-up email after each one. I'm probably not going to the get the position I had applied for -- but they are creating a new position for me, and they told me: It was because of the follow-up post-interview emails!!
ОтветитьOMG I have an interview coming up soon and this is the first time I’ve seen these videos and I’m so lucky to watch them I know they will help me I even feel calm just wow thank you sooo much so appreciate it ❤
ОтветитьI was totally unprepared for my interview yesterday😢
ОтветитьMy concern about asking them to summarize the job at my career level would be they may think I didn't READ or UNDERSTAND the job itself.
Ответитьmy god you so hot <3
ОтветитьComing back to this video 6 months into my new position to get the link to recommend to a friend :)
ОтветитьWas about to ask during the interview what do you want the successful applicant to accomplish in the 3 months, but instead they asked this question 😅. Also I asked about measure of success and they just answered your input is your output. I did not get the job.
ОтветитьI usually have a minimum of 3 questions that are my building blocks to ask the interviewer but every interview is not a one size fits all. I judge based on my own level of interest — off the cuff questions from feelers has always been my go-to if I’m interested and invested in the company.
ОтветитьI love FATBURGER best 😂😂😂😂
ОтветитьI tend to feel out what to ask during the interview but if they answer what I want I tend not to ask anything. That's why I'm so unsucessful.
ОтветитьWhat if the interview has already talked about most of these topics right at the beginning of the interview?
ОтветитьIn n Out 😂 that’s hilarious 🤣 what a joke 😂😂 can’t stop laughing 😝
barney's burgers is the best, then super duper burgers. case closed
Good stuff in here
ОтветитьI hate all the dog and pony performative BS you need to do to get a job
ОтветитьA mix of in advance and on the job.
ОтветитьTalking too much, and points are less
Ответитьin advance for sure
ОтветитьI not only got the job, I was told my interview stood out from all other candidates. They were SO impressed they offered me a higher position than I interviewed for 🎉 thank you
Ответитьthe only thing I have an issue with in this video is in and out. I had it in los angles this year, I was traveling for work, and it was not worth the hype. lol. Not to big on fast food burgers. Love your content. It is really helping me.
ОтветитьI am here, I am here, I am here! WIAW
ОтветитьI have a virtual job interview in about an hour and a half for a slime crafting position and I just think these questions are too serious for the job 😂😂😂
ОтветитьDoes it seem correct to write down the answers that the interviewer gives us?
Ответить
