Thanks for an informative review. My Sony A38 is beyond economic repair so I'm looking for a replacement. Seems mirrorless is the way to go and as I don't want to spend a fortune, the G7 seemed a good move. However, having watched your video, I think the G85 pips it due to the weatherproofing and image stabilisation.

Would you recommend G85 in 2022 for Streetphotography ? I don't shoot videos at all.

Hello, a pana fz300 f2.8 bridge would take the place of g80 + leica 100-400 f4-6.3 at, what do you say despite the poor brightness would give a better picture of the milc than the bridge? I write with a google translator I hope for you.

I have a lot of noise when shooting video on Lumix G80, and can't understand why(((( It seems I tried exerything...ISO minimal, so it's not reason of the problem. Can somebody help me with this please?

In the low light photo examples, the slowest shutter speed used was 1/50th and the rest were much faster. Why not take advantage of the amenities of Hotel Ibis ;) and lower shutter speed and ISO's, rather than illustrate the noise at unnecessarily higher speeds and ISO's?

Can someone help me......im new to this photography and i have new g85 but why i csn shoot in low light ..like startrack..please help ..everytime i try to shoot it indicates LOW and dint shiit at all.

Great review as usual, I binge watch you guys because your content is A+. Panasonic needs to give you commission because I purchased the G85 and left a 10 year relationship with Canon due to your review here. Obviously there are pros and cons to moving to Panasonic but overall I love the G85 and do not regret the change. For anyone using micro 4/3, get the Panasonic 42.5mm f1.7 lens. It is one of the best value portrait lens I have seen, amazing results for about $300! The 12-60mm kit lens is also very impressive and probably the best kit lens I have seen.
