They're sending the MIDI to an A.I. trained on violin performances. I'm sure this kind of thing will be everywhere in short order because you can train any kind of instrument. In a few years, the A.I. interpretation will be instantaneous, no waiting.
ОтветитьThis sounds like something from an EMU-Proteus 2.
ОтветитьVSTs will NEVER replace the sound of actual instruments, especially string instruments like guitars and violins.
ОтветитьCan you build a string ensemble with this model?
ОтветитьWhat say a real academic violinist? Thanks
Ответитьfantastic!
ОтветитьI tend to use vintage, which I find quite pleasant, but I do feel that some of the more unique riffs could perhaps be improved by using them. I understand that the sound is not authentic, so I opt for a live violin recording.
ОтветитьWow! I'd like to hear that multi-layered. 12 tracks might be nice!
Ответитьgo for 800k Doctor Mix 🤩🤩🤩you are the best
ОтветитьIf I know anything about Passavanti, it’s that nothing leaves him speechless.
ОтветитьIt would be good if it wasn't a subscription. So simply a no.
ОтветитьIt certainly is not at the quality of SWAM, and possibly not production ready for serious productions, but it is always good to see new technology. I am still not completely clear on how it works.
ОтветитьÇok acayip inanılmaz bir şekle dönüşüyor. Yapay zeka daha bizi nasıl şaşırtacak acaba.
ОтветитьLa Campanella by Paganini.
ОтветитьWow! And this is just the beginning of this type of AI Instrument. I use ACE for vocals and know that this will inevitably lead to more development of user-controllable/editable parameters (in real time and/or in post). Amazing, and very exciting!
ОтветитьI believe the sound quality and realism would greatly increase if the tone were mono. The wide stereo aspect instantly gives it that cheapo AI SUNO / UDIO flavor.
Ответитьmy friend besides the awesome video, can you please tell me which piece you played from Bach?
Ответитьcool
ОтветитьAlthough I can see that this is technically fantastic, listening (through headphones) to the phase errors, scratchy tones and poor phrasing; I couldn't give this software a thumbs up at this stage.
ОтветитьIt's Made In China😁
ОтветитьThat's clearly AI under the hood
ОтветитьI love you Brother, you have a great ear and talent. But you are so Hyper sometimes, it drives me crazy. Lol....We are Good..
ОтветитьIst feee????
Ответитьi don't like it how it works or how it sounds. as of now the Josh Bell violin by Embertone or the Virharmonics Violin are the 2 best on the market. i have a lot of software dr. mix. cheers !
ОтветитьIt’s good, scary good for an early attempt. At lacks a lot of nuance that a real performer brings to the table. Still sounds rather synthetic.
ОтветитьI am a professional Violinist and sorry, but this sounds 100% not like a Violine !!! Its totaly crap and it sounds like every synthetic thing, but for sure NOT like a real Violine !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
By the way, i study for my selve since over 20 years how i can make Orchestra Instruments with Sample Librarys sound like the real thing and i am also
professional Orchestral Filmmusic Composer and i have play all my Life in real Sinfonic Orchestras, i can compare the real thing with the sample Orchestra Sounds...
Fantastic as always Doctor. I'm keeping an eye on you! Do you know if there is a MIDI Harpsichord too?
Ответитьnext could be an electric guitar in the style of steve stevens from the top gun theme by harold faltemeyer !!!
ОтветитьThis sounds terrible compared to the joshua bell violin.
ОтветитьJust wow 👏
ОтветитьA whiter shade of pale.. Bach vs. Procol Harum..🤓🤣
Ответить🤯🤯✨✨
ОтветитьLa Campanella by Paganini.
ОтветитьLove his energy, but most key switched sample libraries blow this away for the time being. It's hollow with a lot issues
Ответитьso my 1st sequencer was Atari 1040st w/4megs & Notator, that was decades ago, I hated Absynth when it came out, that was my 1st VST synth ever. It sound terrible next to my Jupiter 8 and D-50. Fast forward decades and....wow....dude you just blew my mind with that demo of a new mind blowing plugin. Out F&^king Standing.....
ОтветитьCiao bello ! I often watch your videos, and i like them a lot.
I am a violinist, and in my opinion we are VERY FAR from a realistic sound of a violin, even with this plugin.
And i say LUCKILY !!!!!! :D :D
(i never liked the technologies that steal the real musicians jobs, however).
Tico tico no fubá! Dr. Mix, you are crazy man! come to Brazil please!
ОтветитьClaudio, can you still insert cc1 and cc11?
ОтветитьClickbaity title
ОтветитьPauroso!!!
Ответитьso glad u did something on violin!! i was just watching ur Superman theme be good to use that arranger! i play 🎻+🎹 and youre right its all in the striking, crescendo and dimin.. if trying to emulate 👱♀️🎻
ОтветитьThis is the sort of AI I am interested in, not creating full tracks! Hopefully one for guitars will be done too, both acoustic and electric! Early days but in a few years, we should get ultra realistic results!
ОтветитьI used to play violin and I loved that it jumps between long bows, aggitato, pizzicato and spicato. The notes still sound weird though, like listening to more than one single note or like a violin put through a ring modulator or something. However the left hand phrasing is spot on! They should go train the AI on vintage Paganini recordings and Grapelli!
ОтветитьThis is definitely pointing to the future of instrument realistic mimicking. I did some intensive testing recording as well as reproducing violin midi files . The prototype still lacks the vibrato and portamentos that a real violin does. The instrument responds to your playing, so if you perform certain way , like a real violinist does, it does interpret your playing and sounds correct. The opposite is also true.
ОтветитьThis is all a dice roll.
