In arcade I thought there was auto aim??? Not on anti air ?

I never Seen a plane avoiding my Spawn they are dead locked in the Spawn and constantly attacking it😂

If ur having a hard time leading planes, a great way of atleast finding their heading is waiting for them to fire at the ground or another enemy and from their it comes much easier. They said it in the video kinda but hey I use it all the time

bro youur guides are so good. i watched your dive bombing guide and now this AA guide and in both cases i saw immediate improvement. In the instance of AA i got 2 plane kills and even got a "Svere Damage" award.

i can't overstate how much i loath spaa noobs that just shoot at any dot they vaguely recognize. it messes up so many opportunities, if teamkilling was enabled i would do it and the team should be thanking me for it.
not only does it alert the enemy and make them fly evasive, they will also know where to long distance yeet you. practically a lasermarker, just made of tracers instead.

I have this issue where my bullets dont want to hit, even tho I shoot following the tracker, I get 0 hits, I shoot a bit infront, no hits, a little higher, no hits. It's starting to annoy me

my MASSIVE issue with low tier AA is that there is no preventing fighter bombers from bombing your teammates you can kill them after but at that point its kind of useless sure you prevent them from landing and bringing more bombs but most of the time people don't even do that they drop the bomb then cascade into the ground anyways

it works.....but you should add how to shoot down PE-8.....you aim like 5km in front of him and just keep shooting there. He cant turn so he will eventually hit your laser of death and MAYBE he will die.

id argue that burst firing is best suited for quick firing AA guns , while a long sustained barrage is better for things like 40mm bofors gun or larger since there is basicaly no reload delay

honestly the biggest problem i have using anti air is a complete inability to accurately lead planes so hopefully this can help

Simple problem with the game is that CAS is so over powered compared to AA and you don't get any good rewards for shooting down air targets.

I think I never managed to shoot a plane with the ZSU-37. 5 belt magazines with 290 rounds per minute is painful xD

I wanted to brush up on some tips for AA I unlocked the Yenisei yesterday now I just unlocked the Shilka I'm a lil more partial to the Shilka but one vehicle im probably using wrong but it's working for me for some reason I'd tjt BTR-80A it hauls on city streets I load up my ammo and it works nice doing AA then if a team mate needs backup I can burn rubber and go start throwing the aps rounds. Love that bus

My tactic is to get their attention and get them to strafe me then when they are in range i fill them with lead 7/10 it works for me

What if I use M42 duster?
This shit shoots too slow to kill anything that isn't flying at me, and at the same time 1 20mm can kill entire crew.
Should I just switch shittt US anyways or try harder only to see US AA sucks in general?

My grandma can hit with high rate of fire AA guns. Any 37mm or higher tips?

Most of these are the same AA rules I use to great effect

i had a great shot today i was able to kill the pilot of a yak 1 but that was luck i barely hit my targets as aa

is it better when you shoot use sniper mode? or just basic zoom in without sniper? is there difference or accuracy remains same and will land same amount of shots?

Rule 10, use ostwind not wirbelwind

Rule #1 is great, but it comes with a caveat. CAS mains are by nature lazy and greedy, so they will search out the easiest targets. As an AA, you are almost always lightly armored and stationary. I will often let a few salvos fly at circling aircraft to bait them into an attack that they will not survive. Another more situational tactic for defense against a strafing aircraft is to start your salvo high, then drag it low. I've noticed alot of players will bunny hop to avoid ground fire, and doing this will almost always trap them into flying straight into a salvo or having to push into the ground

guys i need help, in test drive the bot Aircrafts are so high in the sky that i cant hit them, do anybody know how to fix that? its kinda hard to play as a anti air when i dont have how to practise

all these are excellent tips.

and i do have this one excellent AA tank in the T-60 (it can elevate its 20mm rapid firing gun really well and it is mostly immune to bullets that would normally harm open top AA vehicles)... i found that its loadout of pure AP which has no tracers is the best for taking out aircraft because they simply cannot see anything shooting at them even from head-on. works best at RB but also effective at AB.

as for effective range, i tend to hold fire up until the last possible moment (AB it's about 500 to 100 meters)... blast them quick then GTFO. it's like playing chicken with bullets when you have to, but mostly it's like shooting rats in a barrel.

I will finally be able to have good game and save my team from rage quiting because someone press space and vaporize 3 tanks with one bomb, thank you !

I sometimes shoot random into the Air to get the attansion of Planes and when they come near me i feed them with some 37mm he shells.

Is it possible that the aiming-helper circle in Arcade is inaccurate? Even at close distances, it’s pretty much luck whether my bullets hit or not when I aim at the circle.
