So, what good are drunk driving laws if he's legally able to drive after seven previous "OWI"s? I'm sure he'll be sorry in the morning, but all it takes is a couple drinks to wash away his hesitation to drive drunk again. You can suspend/revoke his driver's license, but then a couple drinks later he gets another OWI, and driving on a suspended license.
He's a very loveable guy, but what do you do?

Last time I drove through Tomah on an icy night I passed 4-6 DUI stops in about 10 miles.

If he was in Virginia he would have already done significant jail time after his 3rd, this is bananas
