ОтветитьAh so the black chess pieces just had to represent the bad thoughts ey? 😑
ОтветитьThis is a repetitive summary of mindfulness. The people who suggested the theory appear to be adding new formulations of words to explain the state of mindfulness. However, the writers and thinkers herein are confused by attempting to explain everything already known through other psychological theories like CBT.
ОтветитьThank you so much
ОтветитьChapter 7

ОтветитьI wish I had a recovery group based on ACT a few years back. I feel like I wasted so much time with 12 steps and SMART recovery looking for character defects or disputing irrational Beliefs.
ОтветитьPsychopaths don't have feelings
ОтветитьThis "narrator" has to be an AI generated voice.
ОтветитьWait what? It's not about whether a thought is true but about whether it's helpful? Is that really philosophically sound?
ОтветитьThe wallpaper is moving right?
ОтветитьCan anyone recommend another reading of this book? For me, this voice sounds like gunfire, every word abrupt and clipped. Very stressful to listen to.
ОтветитьIs this shambhala or exisle version?
Ответить"human misery is growing in leaps and bounds" that's a fucking lie!
ОтветитьHighly recommend slowing it down to 0.75x. was doing my head in listening to her going flat out
ОтветитьI should have read this book years ago when it first came out. I'm having the worst of the worst suffering I've ever had in my entire life. Extreme pain and torture and absolutely no relief to say the absolute least. Doesn't even come close to even beginning to describe it.
ОтветитьI already read the book ages ago. I am listening to the audiobook everyday while commuting for days now. I am enjoying the delivery so much. it has significantly contributed to the audiobook's appeal. Who is the narrator of this audiobook?
ОтветитьPower to the people 😊
ОтветитьSo this audio sounds like its reading from the first edition but the image implies it's the second edition. I haven't read either book yet, can anyone confirm which edition this is please?
ОтветитьTyranny of the Mind :(
