1) First battle, Sukuna attacks itachi with slash attack and cuts him, then Itachi reveals the genjutsu
2) Sukuna attacks him again, and again its Genjutsu
3) Then this happens, the battle should have been longer ☹

Not really sure about this matchup. I am fairly sure Itachi is still within 200 meters. So the automatic attack still should have hit. I can see Itachis stronger Jutsu knocking Sukuna down if Itachi struck directly. The Black Flame versus Sukunas Flame is pretty much a stalemete. Sealing has been proven to work on Sukuna. There is a question mark if this level Jutsu is powerful enough. I find it close enough to pose the question. Itachi would have died from that first attack based on what he did in this video. Though, could have gotten outside of the 200 meter Domain Expansion before it closed hypothetically.

I don't care who wins but Sukuna would never immediately use domain expansion so don't be unrealistic.

The Sword of Totsuka can't extract a spirit from inside a vessel. It's why Itachi had to trick Sasuke into releasing Orochimaru before he could seal him, otherwise Sasuke would have been sealed as well.

People are forgetting the fact that genjutsu only works for those who has chakra but here sukuna has curse energy which by using rct he can easily heal his wounds and again his dismantle and cleave can suppress the fabric of infinity.

This is not even possible. Sukuna's domain expansion spans in the real world and covers a distance of 200 meters so anyone withinthag range will get sliced. Even if it was a genjustu, itachi was still within the range. Hes losing.
