This is JAYEM make Mobile Batching Plant, Model RM-1400.

• Reversible drum mixer
Input Volume: 1400 Liters
Output Volume: 900 Liters
Discharging height: 1.6m
Max. Aggregate diameter (screed/crushed stone):
60/40mm
Mixing geared-motor 20 H.P.

• Electric Control System
The electrical control panel consists of separate weighing indications.
Automatic water discharge, USB port to copy the data for taking the print-out of the fed materials.
The control panel has been protected by overload- relays, phase failure protections etc.
The control panel is operated by single operator, weighing indications through electronic load cells, predetermined quantity of water discharge through water pump having capacity of 6LPS (Liters per second).

• Hydraulic Hopper

The Hydraulic hopper having bins for weighing materials lifting hydraulically by hydraulic lever, having double hydraulic cylinder for stability and can lift easily with lesser pressure giving better life to the hydraulic system fitted by 5.0 H.P hydraulic power pack.

• Vibrating Motor
Vibrating motor is fitted in weighing hopper so as to discharge the dry Materials into the mixing drum in case of moisture in the dry material .

• Water pumps
Two water pumps are supplied along with Concrete Batching plant
RM-1400 one number mono-block pump is for feeding the water tank fitted in the Batching plant capacity 200 Liters and another mono-block pump of capacity 6 LPS for discharging predetermined quantity of water into the mixing drum
