Get out of sales if you can't assert yourself and go to your OWN companies customer success department to ask for help. You sometimes need to tell your manager 'hey, I NEED this list, or I'm not able to do my job. This WILL pay off tenfold, I guarantee you. If it doesn't, I'll pay you out of my own pocket'.

If you speak with confidence that comes from a place of certainty, it's not going to me misinterpreted as arrogance.
