The label on my lavender oil and tea tree oil says its quite dangerous and should not be applied directly and pure, but diluted into another oil. Is that what you are doing or do you do use it pure?

4 Avoid hot water shower

The thing is my skin on my face is flawless but my back is… it got worse recently and I’m really insecure.. always conscious of pulling my shirt down not to reveal my back☹️ I never had problems with my skin, but I guess everyone has to go trough it🤷🏻‍♀️I just hope that it’s going away until summer😭😭

How do use Lavender and tee trea oil? Won't your back be oily and your clothes will be ruined?

1. Liquid chlorophyll (face)
2. Bio peel (backne)
3. Head and shoulders (anti-dandruff) for fungal backne
4. Pure lavender oil + pure tea tree oil (smoothens out skin)
5. Salt scrub for exfoliation of backne
6. Rosehip oil to clear up scars

Can you use both the lotion and leavnder and tea trea oils togather ?

I (M64yo) discovered at one point that the shampoo I was using was causing my bacne to increase, but sorry, I forgot what brand it was. Or it might have been a conditioner. If you like what you are using for your hair, just don't let it wash down your back. I still have some bacne. I will try the dandruff shampoo treatment. I use Nizoral shampoo on my hair, which has a different substance for fighting fungus. I have some H&S as well.

Bruh I eat so healthy and even avoid alot of foods that are “ not healthy “ and take care of myself and its annoying its not being reflected how it should:(

The only thing that helped ME, is medicine, PILLS, EVERYDAY PILLS GOING FOR 6 MONTHS if not more, and acids, salycilic, and glycolic, lotions, creams, exfoliants, ....... lots and lots of products, and lots of water, and healthy food, throw the fast food ish out, vitamins....... it was worth it. But all this does not absolve you from getting acne back, you have 15% chance to get it back, and I get the occasional pimples but nothing like the past, also you have to keep a seasonal routine depending on your skin type. This is the ONLY thing that helped me, cause before I did everything possible, from salts, to letting it rest till it goes, food regimens...... nothing helped but going to a dermatologist

I had acne all my life on my back. Up until recently. I finally found out that I had fungal back acne. I literally started using head and shoulder on my back during my daily showers left on my back for 2-3 mins rinsed. My acne has cleared after 4 weeks. It’s insane. I do have some scars but it’s flat and smooth. Im blown away.

Do you usually shower twice a day(morning+night) or just once a day?

WILL SALICYLIC ACID FACE WASH HELP TO GET RID OF BACK ACNE? IT WORKED REALLY WELL ON MY FACE ACNE SO NOW I USE IT ON MY BACK AS WELL and i also use benzol peroxide cream on my acne is it good to use??
